Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation in any discipline OR equivalent. Professional degrees (Engineering, MBBS, CA, ICWA, etc.) also accepted.
- Experience (as on 31.12.2025): Minimum 2 years continuous service as an officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank / Regional Rural Bank.
- Age (as on 31.12.2025): 21–30 years (relaxation: SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC 3 yrs, PwBD up to 15 yrs, Ex-Servicemen 5 yrs)
- Local Language: Must read, write & speak the official language of the applied Circle (exemption if studied in 10th/12th).

Selection Process
- Online Exam (Phase-I): 120 marks objective + 50 marks descriptive (Essay & Letter)
- Experience Screening (Phase-II)
- Interview (Phase-III): 50 marks
- Local Language Proficiency Test (Phase-IV) – if applicable
Final merit = Online Test (75%) + Interview (25%)

Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480 (JMGS-I scale with 2 advance increments)
Pay Scale: 48480 – 85920
