Manipur Directorate of Education (S) has invited application from the intending and eligible candidates for appointment of 120 (one hundred and twenty) Pre-Primary Teachers on contract basis in the Department of Education(S), Manipur under School Fagathansi Mission.

Name of Post : Pre-Primary Teachers
Number of Post: 120
Salary: They shall be paid a remuneration of Rs.15,000/- per month
as fixed by FDPIC).
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Class-XII pass with Two Years
Diploma in Pre-School Education recognized by NCTE.
Or
Class-XII pass with Two Years
Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed with the condition that they should
complete 1 or 2 years Diploma course of Pre-Primary Elementary Education within
3 to 5 years.

1. UR: 61 Posts
2. OBC (Meitei Pangal) : 4 Posts
3. OBC (Meitei): 16 Posts
4. ST: 37 Posts
5. SC: 2 Posts

Age Relaxation :
For SC / ST : 5 years

MODE OF SELECTION :
The mode of selection for
engagement of Pre-Primary Teachers of Schools on contract shall be on the basis
of written test only.
The appointment shall be purely
on Contract basis for the period from the date of
contract agreement up to the last
date of that financial year as per regulation prescribed by
the Government and extendable
from time to time with the approval of the Government.

consist of 100 Multiple choice Questions (MCQ)
